Collaboratives

June 2016 – Present | Poet and Member of The London Poetry Anthology 2016

A project started started by AWTF’s Tara Griffin. We are currently building up a poetry anthology with poetry about London’s diversity and its complex social, class based and politicial layers. I have submitted and helped in the collection of the poems, and the extension of the project into the wider London area. Our aim is to get it to schools and communities all through out London and possibly greater London.

Volunteering

March 2015 – Present | Chief Creative Volunteer – Alexandra Wylie Tower Foundation

We work with schools, community groups and support youth development through practical and creative projects. I help in all terms but really come into my forte in helping with the creative forms of our communal expression. From providing the basics such as food and cloths to sponsoring extra curricular.

My role varies sometimes I’ll be putting together displays and event window decorating. On other projects I have installed and over seen installation of my own stained glass designs which now hold prize of place in the AWTF Sanctuary.

Other times, I have helped with gaining resources such as priority storage space in big yellow storage and gaining high interest for my own flagship internship idea – where I have secured meetings and personal introductions with high priority staff at various other charities such as Crash Pad and Ringcross Community Centre, I also have experience putting together presentations and creating project templates e.g. Internship programs and Entropner programs.
